Change Agent. In more than 25 years of IT experience with large enterprise clients, I see the only constant is change. In managing people, products, deliverables, risk, privacy- it is always in a state of flux. As a change agent - I love it. Project/Engagement/Program methodologies include- Program Management training (IBM)(sorry - it predates the existence of the PMBOK)- SDLC (Sun Microsystems)- Rational Unified Process (IBM & Sun Microsystems)- Prince2 (Sun Microsystems)- ITIL Foundation (Sun Microsystems)- Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) I am also an avid photographer/videographer, so leveraging my business skills honed mostly in IT (like negotiating, project management and risk mitigation) I also work with companies (The IT Media Group, Hitachi, Canada Border Services, Panasonic, RBC, Voortmans.) to help them tell their stories through images and videos of their people, their products and services. When Covid hit, taking all of the gear and the skills into the Live Streaming space was a relatively small step. We now have hundreds of hours of live streaming to Facebook and Youtube, along with some internal company networks as well. Business value + I get to leverage my creative side. Such fun!
