I\'m a paid media director who likes to stay close to the work. After 10+ years managing performance marketing across outdoor, DTC, and nonprofit brands, I\'ve learned that the best results come from knowing every part of the system: the campaigns, the creative, the data, and how it all connects to the channels around it.I\'ve built programs from scratch, scaled brands from $3M to $10M+ in revenue, and managed everything from six-figure budgets to a single ad that converted a $300K Everest expedition booking. The through line is testing obsessively and staying close to every lever. I\'m also experimenting with Claude Cowork to build agent systems that make media planning and reporting faster, so there\'s more time for the work that actually moves the needle.When I\'m not in the weeds on campaigns: skiing, trail running, or rafting with my dogs.
