ABOUT JOE MOELLER

I currently serve as the lead for our Project Management Organization (PMO) in the T&D Global Practice. This involves establishing expectations, guidelines, processes, systems, and performance metrics in how we manage and execute our projects across the organization. This role spans all of our offices and business lines in support of the most efficient and effective execution model possible. Throughout my career, I have served as substation business line director, account manager, project manager, engineering manager, and engineer specializing in the design of electric power substations and transmission line. I\'ve been involved in the design of multiple high-voltage projects from 11.5kV to 345kV. My primary responsibilities include development, training and best practices of our substation engineering project management group.I earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and am a licensed professional engineer in Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York and Washington DC.I\'ve supported a broad list of clients including utilities such as Alliant, Avangrid, CIPCo, ConEd, Duke, Evergy, Eversource, Exelon, FirstEnergy, KCK BPU, and Liberty Utilities.I’m passionate about making our clients successful and driving change for improvement.
