While in Albany I was the tissue module and site CIL DMSO, ensuring proper execution of our DMS and compliance with AM DMS standardsAchievements:~Family Care University Graduate- Completed all technical qualifications ~Organized a site-wide AMFL training, achieving a qualification rate of approximately 70% for site AMFLs, contributing to our tissue module reaching its highest on-time CIL completion in two years at 78.8%. This effort led us to be able to significantly improved the PeCIL system, In addition I led the efforts in reducing unassigned CIL tasks by 80%,~Hosted a two day Tissue module offsite that focused on identifying and providing necessary training aligned with site priorities and enhancing the capability of over 200 business owners.~April 2024 Operational Excellence Award - T14~May 2024 Operational Excellence Award - T14~Highest on-time CIL completion for the tissue module in December 2024~2024 IWS Award~2024 CEO Award~Successfully coached a summer intern who received a full-time offer in 2024
