Plan and organize the delegation transportation requirements, implement / maintain use of transportation management system; •Plan, organize and maintain any stores / warehouses, ensure timely stock reports and appropriate security mechanisms are in place; •Organize the transportation, customs clearance and other formalities for incoming goods to ensure the timely receipt; •Provide timely advice and technical support on logistics issues to other functions within the delegation; •Ensure compliance of logistics standards in all relevant field office locations through training, support and periodic monitoring of field staff;
