From focusing on payment hardware, to then focusing on merchants who have Omni-channel shoppers to now focusing on solving finance related technical issues that come up, I get to grow by solving multiple problems every time a merchant reaches out.

   Collaborating closely with Adyen’s internal treasury team, as well as external partner banks, global banking institutions, and central banks to resolve critical financial operations issues across multiple regionms. • Investigating and resolving issues related to payout delays, bank transfer errors, and billing discrepancies, often requiring cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and finance teams. • Analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify root causes, uncover patterns, and drive resolution for data-related support cases. • Providing insights that inform platform improvements and operational efficiency by translating technical findings into actionable recommendations. • Leveraging internal tooling, data queries, and platform logs to debug issues with high accuracy and minimal turnaround time. • Acting as a knowledge resource within the finance support sub-team, especially in cases requiring deep data understanding or reconciliation expertise.
