ABOUT MODUPE REMI OGBE

With over 10 years of experience in IT portfolio/programme management, I am a Digital Transformation Manager at BT, one of the world\'s leading communications services companies. I hold a BSc in Land Administration and multiple certifications, including Prince2 Practitioner, ITIL v2, and Lean Portfolio Management v5, which attest to my expertise in applying best practices and frameworks to plan, execute, and deliver IT solutions.At BT, I leverage my skills in manufacturing process improvement, problem solving, and analytics to drive innovation and transformation across complex and cross-functional projects that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. Previously, I was a Lean Portfolio Manager at Vodafone, where I led a team of project delivery managers and managed a £3M+ annual budget for the Unified Communications portfolio. I also facilitated change and collaboration among business and IT stakeholders, using Agile HotHouse methodology to accelerate decision-making and reduce project timescales. I successfully delivered technical capabilities in Vodafone Spain, enabling them to sell various products in Vodafone Group\'s Cloud and Hosting portfolio into national and multinational markets. I am passionate about enhancing team performance, developing IT programme/delivery management, and recommending compelling solutions that add value and reduce costs, risks, and waste.
