The project has 4 Phases Cleanroom delivery of > 1 Million Sq. Ft Sapce. The 1st Phase consists of PEB- MT with Total development of about 4 Million Sq. Ft Area ( Buildings & Utilities, Services, Road and Drain Network) My KPI\'s are Design Review, Co-ordination and Interface with Client ( TSAT), Interface and interaction with Vendors, OEM\'s and Contractors. Schedule Review and Procurement Co-ordination for Civil Works, PEB Works, Clean Room + HVAC + Electrical Works + Other Infrastructure Works. Raised Metal Floor,metrics in an OSAT plant.Design Co-ordination, Program Management, Execution Review, Co-ordination directional decisions / recommendations. Site Safety Review and Recommendations.Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, marketing, and finance, to align regional strategies with corporate goals.Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, regulators, and the board of directors.Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Project - Internally.
