Working as Thermoblack -II Plant head and as 2nd line Site Head. Thermoblack -II Plant is a brown field project and commissioning under my supervision and established desire product yield and quality without any major incident/accident. Develop a system in a new plant for smooth operation, and develop a safety culture in a new plant. Co-ordination with all departments to achieve an organisation goal, performance improvement, cost effective activity, ISO 9001, ISO 14001audit and Ecovedis audit compliance and handling.1) Production planning according to sales plan and procurement. Optimize production plan to achieve target.2) Review plant modification, productivity expansion and installation of new facilities for plant improvement and safe operation.3) Finallised BMR/SOP according to TTD and implementation at plant with existing plant facility.4) Identify process related problems and plans suitable cost effective solution.5) Planning, monitoring & Co-ordination with other Departments in production related activities & Preparing management reports.6) Analysis production related data and planning for process optimisation.7) Participate in HAZOP study and incident investigation team and RCA by different techniques like why-why analysis, fish-bond diagram and brainstorming, FMEA etc.
