Most professionals move from industry into teaching. I went the other way.I spent a decade in academia - teaching Computer Science, Electronics, and IT across three institutions in Mumbai - before stepping into the tech industry. Not because I needed a change, but because I wanted to build things, not just explain them.At Oracle, I\'ve built an AI Video Generator platform from scratch that replaced a paid external tool, eliminated ~$45K in annual licensing costs, and now drives a video/year production pipeline. I\'ve also built a full post-production automation system and an end-to-end QA tool that catches 100+ quality issues per week before they reach Oracle\'s global learners. Before the Studio Team, I was a Curriculum PM - identifying technology demand signals, writing PRDs, onboarding SMEs, and owning the full content production lifecycle for 12+ OCI/PaaS training programs.I\'m currently in the final year of a PGP in Public Policy at Takshashila Institution - working on India\'s AI Governance Framework as my capstone. I write publicly about Digital Sovereignty, AI Governance, Semiconductor Geopolitics, and India\'s technology policy landscape.
