I’m an IT professional with 5+ years of experience supporting and deploying real-world infrastructure, currently focused on transitioning into network engineering. My background goes beyond traditional helpdesk support—I’ve spent years working hands-on with endpoint deployments, system imaging, and field infrastructure in production environments. I’ve built and maintained imaging processes using Clonezilla, supported mobile data systems, and worked directly with hardware in the field. Lately, I’ve been intentionally shifting my focus toward networking. I’m building hands-on experience with network design, VLANs, and multi-network environments through both lab work and real-world projects. I’m also developing PDX Event WiFi, where I design and deploy temporary wireless networks for events—focusing on reliability, coverage, and multi-user performance. Current areas of focus: • Network fundamentals (VLANs, routing, DHCP/DNS) • Wireless network design and deployment • Multi-WAN and failover setups • Network troubleshooting and performance optimization I’m actively working toward a Network Engineer role where I can continue building real-world networking experience and contribute to infrastructure design and deployment.
