   Lead a team of 30+ associates in a high-volume store environment, overseeing all aspects of the business. Have daily conversations with each member of management team to follow up on all aspects within their area of responsibility such as Operations, HR, Merchandising and Customer.Ensure the team is customer focused and offering highest level of service each and every day, while working to meet daily sales plans, KPIs and individual goals.Work with management team to seek out new talent and utilize the company tools to ensure they are aligned to the J, Crew values. Coach, train and mentor all associates to promote growth and allow them to own their specific roles and be successful within their responsibilities.Ensure that we are following the company\'s visual merchandising guidelines within the overall store presentation. Make necessary decisions when needed that are aligned to the company standard.Analyze sales data to highlight areas of success and dive deeper into areas of opportunity and make decisions based on store performance.Ensure that the store is following all standard operating procedures, company guidelines and local applicable guidelines. Communicate directly with District Manager to keep an open dialogue of current business, upcoming plans of execution and opportunities. Talk over plan of action and seek out guidance when needed.Participate in weekly Store Director calls to share feedback, talk over new initiatives, learn of upcoming events and share any pertinent information back to the store team.Continue to look at ways to do things better and have an open dialogue with all team members to value their opinions and hear of new ideas.Treat all team members with respect and lead by example.
