My name is Dean Cooper and I’m a highly experienced CTO/CDO/CxO with a specialisation in Cyber & Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, Product development and a real passion for Digital and organisational transformation. The key for me is that we utilise optimum processes, data and innovative tech to its maximum value while ensuring it delivers an enjoyable experience and the best outcome for its target audience’s. I have excelled in transformational leadership, digital programme\'s and change management within multiple industry sectors. During a career spanning over 25+ years, I’ve worked hard to conscientiously build upon the strong reputation I have within the industry today. I’m widely recognised as someone who can bring unrecognised value by transforming business, data, systems and technology by identifying and delivering the right pace of change with the highest levels of return while ensuring care, quality and operational integrity, both departmentally and across the breath organisation. I enjoy working with people, from key stakeholders to those teams I have the pleasure of managing. Our joint collaboration has created a winning formula enabling our ability to work across multiple Innovation, developments and programme lines, where stakes are high and the importance to deliver on time and within budget are paramount to overall business success.I am also a published children\'s author who believes that fun and experience should be part of daily life and I give my team\'s that flexibility to be outstanding while also being able to be expressive.
