With a proficiency in steering Project Management Offices and a passion for sustainable development, my role at Tritek Consulting Limited harnesses my AgilePM® certification and expertise in PMO coordination, project governance and scrum development. Our team excels in developing project concepts, mandates, plans, products/system development and project assurance review (PAR) with a focus on effective stakeholder engagement and risk management. I have served here in different leadership capacities like Project Manager, Scrum Master, Lead PMO Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, Change Manager and Product Owner in my hybrid capacity. In addition, I also lecture project management and agile-scrum development using PBL approach for junior project managers. At Guarantee Environment, our mission is to advance WASH initiatives through strategic program direction and innovative fundraising projects. My leadership in these areas is grounded in a commitment to Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach that ensures projects deliver tangible benefits and align with organizational goals. At United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF), I was able to manage multi-million international programmes aimed at alleviating poverty and improve standard of living targeted over 20 million population.
