I have supported CEOs as an Executive Assistant for over five years and always saw myself as a business partner which quickly made others see me that way too. Being able to combine my acute sense for the needs of others with business acumen and a system level approach has allowed me to help emerging companies thrive. My expertise allows me to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership. Connecting with people is my top priority and it drives me to cultivate a thriving community at work that is committed to its values as an organization. After years of start-up experience, I am comfortable navigating growth and ambiguity through strategy, pragmatism and effective communication.
