Strategic oversight for the region to align with global initiatives and to support inorganic and organic growth of the company. • Corporate development for the region, providing recommendations on investments and strategic decisions related to new transactions as well as existing business operations.• Originating and executing investment in infrastructure sector. Preparing and reviewing the associated financial models for the various transactions.• Developing, allocating and implementing transition plans for integrating new acquisitions (assets and team) to the current portfolio, including core governance terms; detailed personnel structure; financial reporting systems etc.• Oversight of performance of portfolio companies• Developing business plans / investment papers and negotiating commercial terms for innovative ideas beyond (but complementary to) our core offering.• Maintaining key relationships with infrastructure players, other financial investors; corporate advisers, and other stakeholders for every transaction/ opportunity.
