Currently part of the Service Reliability engineering leadership and have had the amazing opportunity to pioneer the SRE concept at DocuSign formally,During my DocuSign tenure - I\'ve worn multiple hats including program management, program management leadership to being responsible for Global budget management for all datacenter related Capex and Opex spend as well as global capacity management and influencing DocuSign costs per transaction. Some notable accomplishments have been- Leading the effort to building the first ever DocuSign datacenter in in Europe under extremely tight timelines- Leading the effort and effectively partnering with Microsoft and Azure to launch the first instance of DocuSign datacenters in Australia and Canada- Partnering with DocuSign compliance and security teams to help DocuSign achieve FedRamp and IL4 compliance as well as maintain PCI and ISO- Delivering the costs per Transaction model for DocuSign and introducing purchasing as well as operational efficiency to effectively drive Cost per Transactions- Leading the capacity effort program to allow DocuSign to scale from 100m transactions a year to 600m+ transactions a year - Leading key projects related to Infrastructure to allow DocuSign to scale as well as offer new products on its journey from 100m transactions to 600+m transactions- Pioneering the concept of SRE by leading senior / Principal Devs to improve infrastructure and application telemetry and alerting as well as build a robust RCA process to allow DocuSign to continue to deliver on high availability
