At Mobile Therapy Services, we provide geriatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy house calls under Medicare Part B in private residences, assisted living facilities, and personal care homes at in our brick and mortar clinic located at 27 Main Street in Dallas PA. We cover Luzerne and Lackawanna counties. No face to face encounter is required with referring physician and all that is needed is prescription for outpatient therapy. Patients do NOT need to be home-bound to receive the service and we are in network with Medicare and all supplemental insurances, Aetna, Humana, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
