Ensure high quality accounting and compliance by managing the Finance controls environment and developing this in line with internal and external regulations. • Responsible for a sharp quarter end close and development of strong management reporting tools. • Prepare financial and related information to the Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees and the Board of Directors. • Responsible for finance reporting requirements and Regulatory capital monitoring and reporting and associated policies. • Set and monitor finance policies, judgmental accounting areas and Present to Exec and Governance where required • Prepare, obtain approval from the Exec and Governance, monitor and report on the annual budget and forecasting including the annual salary review process • Analyse, understand sales plans in relation to fee and price impacts, provide input and analysis for sales prospect fee schedules. • Develop and improve processes for P&L tracking, working with department leads to understand their needs, provide monthly and quarterly MI on progress • Review client and strategic procurement relationships and ensure appropriate due diligence is performed. • Create robust forecasting scenarios across P&L/capex/cashflow, working as a partner with the Exec and the wider business to ensure that all strategic imperatives are considered. • Oversee AR, AP and Payroll, enforcing credit policy, reviewing the pay run and payroll and ensuring correct governance in these processes is followed at all times. • Oversee the revenue process from inception of fee schedules to calculation and collection of fees. Improve processes to decrease time to collect. • Project manage any Finance changes, and project participation across Change programme, including developing processes as required, • Prepare Annual Report and Financial Statements and the year end audit files and for review by external auditors, liaise with same to bring about a successful year end process.
