Reviewing and understanding plans and specifications, and comparing completed work to the plans and specification requirements.• Interpret and review shop drawings.• Inspect completed work to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirement.• Monitor Overall construction performance with regards to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirement.• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverable. • Tracking and reporting project progress.• Oversee daily activities to meet the quality standards of the project as well as document control for the entire project.• Prepare 6 weeks look ahead.• Project site daily procurement.• Prepare and attend the weekly meeting.• Manage the manpower and the subcontractor.• Schedule management.
