I drive systems-level change by building bridges between diverse stakeholders to create lasting social impact.Over the past decade, I\'ve specialized in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that transform how organizations approach complex social challenges. As Director of Systems Change at the Center for Healing and Justice through Sport, I lead multi-stakeholder coalitions and funder collaboratives that work to reshape inequities at a systems-level. A few examples of what that has looked like include- Strategic development and implementation of national systems change initiatives- Management of multimillion-dollar portfolios (over $4M in federal and private grants)- Design and facilitation of complex stakeholder processes that build consensus and drive change- End-to-end project management for initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups- Creation of strategic partnerships that expand program reach and increase funding
