Complete project billings in a timely and accurate format for the client. Maintain profitability goals and positive cash flow and maintain positive relations. Pursue, secure, and close change orders for equitable adjustments to contracts. Creating plumbing schematics and pipe fabrication drawings with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD under the guidance of the Technical Engineering Department Manage the selection, ordering, budgeting, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for various projects with multiple vendors making adjustments and expediting when needed to maintain the construction schedule. Act as an internal auditor for the company\'s annual ISO-9001 audit.

I was the Building Automation Systems Project Manager for 4 buildings on 11 projects, as well as the project coordinator assisting 43 other projects and buildings. I manage all parts of the project process from the financial (contract review & setup, billing & purchasing, forecasting & budget management, change order quotations) to labor management (design, programming & graphics planning and review, and technician & electrician scheduling and support). I act as the point of contact for several clients with the support of my team, and help address all action items, RFIs, and ASIs for successful project process flow.Prior, I was working as a Jr. Engineering Specialist at Johnson Electric (formerly known as Stackpole International) on the Advanced Engineering, Product and Process Design Team. I created Ansys FEA simulations, FEMFAT fatigue simulations, and Solidworks CAD designs for all of Stackpole International\'s 23 global divisions for future mass production testing.
