Hi! My name is Mohd Shahid Khatri. Currently, I am a final-year student pursuing Bachelor’s of Technology in Electronics and Communication at UIT RGPV. My primary focus is on software engineering, and I possess proficiency in various programming languages and technologies including C++, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL.I have a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, demonstrated by my successful resolution of over 300 questions on LeetCode. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in developing projects using the MERN stack. A notable project in my portfolio is a Real-Time Chat Application, designed to facilitate seamless individual and group conversations with robust authentication features. Leveraging the power of Socket.io, this application ensures real-time chat updates, complemented by an aesthetically pleasing user interface that prioritizes a superior user experience.Furthermore, I\'ve crafted a Contact Manager application, which efficiently organizes contacts through CRUD operations. This application features authentication and presents a clean and user-friendly UI with Skeleton loading.In my recent endeavors, I designed a Chrome extension using JavaScript. This extension provides word definitions and meanings for selected text on webpages, along with pronunciation and audio support.I actively participated in Hacktoberfest’23, an open-source contribution event, where I successfully resolved four issues in projects based on React and vanilla JavaScript. As a result of my contributions, I received digital rewards from Hacktoberfest. Currently, I am actively seeking an internship or remote position in the software development field.
