ABOUT MOHAMMAD NAYER

I am always looking to optimize the way things are done around me, regardless of role and nature of the task. I strongly believe everything is done in terms of money, time and resources. I think it is crucial to be as efficient as possible to maximize benefits. My ability to reason analytically and think logically makes me an effective and creative problem solver. I always ask questions to make sure I fully understand what is required and I challenge other people\'s ideas and how things are done, where necessary, in order to either gain a better understanding of various processes or further improve them. I am currently an Associate Member of the British Computer Society and from this Membership I have been able to understand what is required in IT today, and so have been able to build my skills accordingly-Experience working in DevOps and Software Development through various internships including a placement year at IBM Labs, Hursley.Experience with and strong understanding of common principles and concepts revolving around the development and maintenance of algorithms, software development and deployment/integration and cloud computing, all with practical experience while working in an Agile environment.Strong understanding in Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, analysis and visualization concepts and in Business Process Engineering (with ERP).Numerous transferable skills, all backed with experience, in leadership, working in a team, sales, customer service, project management, requirements gathering and effective communication.
