ABOUT MOHAMMED JAFFER ISMAIL
I lead complex, system-wide transformation within the NHS, operating across national policy, programme delivery and long-term strategy. Through leadership and governance roles, I bring a diversity of experience spanning health, housing, and policing, offering a system-wide perspective combined with a clinical background.I enjoy taking underdeveloped or overlooked areas and turning them into structured, high-impact programmes that gain traction across the system. My work thus far has spanned children and young people, long-term conditions and oral health, with a consistent focus on delivery, measurable outcomes and scalable models of care.Currently I am leading a multi-million-pound national programme across 35+ NHS Trusts, testing and implementing new approaches to care.
