Planning and resource management of manual and automated certification test. Risk analysis and review test report. Automation test: Leading automation team from framework design to test scripts developing and integration with CI/CD pipeline in fully automated chain: from test trigger to report. Setup priority on developing new features in framework to match new requirements. Hiring Process: JD composition, resume screening, offline/online task design and results review. Trial day agenda and performance evaluation, nomination to leadership team. Involved positions: DevOps, Quality Engineer and Certification test Engineer.
