Supporting the sales team by creating and delivering tailored technical demos and proofs-of-concept that show the real value of the platform by developing reusable demo assets and solution architectures to speed up the sales cycle. The role involves helping prospects think through their loyalty and promotion strategies, and translating their goals into scalable, API-driven solutions. Internally, the role includes partnering with Product and Customer Success teams to shape proposals, respond to RFPs, and make sure every project transitions smoothly into implementation, all while feeding customer and prospect feedback back into the Product team to help guide the roadmap and ensure the platform grows in line with market needs.
