Driving workplace change through menopause education, strategy, and inclusion.I’m the Co-Founder and Director of Saorsa Menopause Consultancy, a social enterprise dedicated to helping women and workplaces thrive through menopause.“Saorsa,” meaning freedom in Gaelic, reflects our mission to free menopause from stigma, silence and misunderstanding. We combine evidence-based education with a compassionate, practical approach, helping organisations build confidence, inclusion and compliance.With a background in risk and workplace culture, I’m passionate about aligning wellbeing with business strategy. Through Saorsa, we support employers to meet new Employment Rights Act requirements while creating environments where every woman feels valued and supported.We achieve this through interactive workshops, line manager training, and menopause champion programmes that embed awareness and inclusion into workplace culture. Our sessions build empathy, knowledge, and confidence across all levels of staff, while our strategic guidance helps leadership teams design policies and action plans that deliver lasting change.We also prepare organisations for the forthcoming Employment Rights Act menopause action plans, ensuring they are not only compliant but proactive. By guiding employers through policy development, reporting structures, and cultural engagement, we help them move beyond tick-box exercises to create workplaces that genuinely support women’s health and wellbeing.As a social enterprise, we’re proud to reinvest in projects that support vulnerable women and communities.
