With 9+ years in Capital Projects and Infrastructure Financing, I have experience in sectors including Renewable Energy, Transportation, Social Housing, District Energy, Mining and Real Estate I have managed financial model reviews for project finance, M&A and P3 transactions in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors with focus in the US and Canadian markets. TransactionsSunzia Wind and Transmission: Financing of $11B for 3GW wind farm and a 550 mile transmission line in the US- Led the model review and reviewed the commercial impact of the PayGo Mechanism (PTCs) and back leverage debt- Reviewed construction loan, refinancing and back leverage term sheets against the model- Conducted sensitivity analysis on capital and O&M costs, production estimates, rate fluctuations and delays to CODOffshore wind farm acquisition of 2.4 GW model review for a major pension fund’s portfolio company- Led the review of the model with funding structure of tax equity, construction and term loan debt and shareholder loans- Reviewed the option of tax credit transferability compared to a tax equity partnership with ITC distribution- Reviewed return metrics (MOIC, IRR) at FID and COD exit points in the model for Holdco and the Sponsor.DBFOM of a Central Utility Plant serving 1.35 million square feet to hospitals in Michigan- Reviewed the bid and financial close model- Reviewed the bond term sheet with focus on reviewing the accounts (DSRA, MMRA, Lock-up) and priority of cashflows- Reviewed sensitivities on costs, inflation, reduction of Availability Payments and a reduction of a post-bid IRR.Corporate model build for Toronto\'s district energy company\'s three year capital plan - Liaised with business functions to obtain inputs for revenue, cost, capex and debt- Modelled debt across the different entities (Opco, Holdco, etc) to comply with lenders and rating agency requirements, i.e. FFO/Debt, Debt/EBITDA.
