ABOUT MO ABDI
I am the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of RetailSparks, where I lead strategy, product development, and growth. RetailSparks is an AI driven digital PR and investor intelligence firm helping companies understand, engage, and build durable relationships with retail investors across public and digital asset markets. We work with pre IPO and public companies, SPACs, Digital Asset Treasury Firms, Web3 native businesses, stablecoin issuers, and tokenization platforms navigating complex market structure, regulatory scrutiny, and high velocity news cycles. Our platform analyzes real time sentiment across Reddit, X, Discord, and other retail communities to inform market strategy, strengthen investor narratives, and support effective corporate communications.RetailSparks has supported companies representing more than $50 billion in aggregate market capitalization through IPOs, de SPAC transactions, and major corporate events. As market structure has evolved, retail participation has become structurally significant. As is often cited, roughly one out of every three dollars traded in public markets now comes from retail investors. RetailSparks was built to address the growing need for data driven tools and credible engagement strategies in this environment.I am also a dual board certified Radiation Oncologist in the United States and Canada with formal training in nuclear and biomedical physics. My background in medicine and applied physics has shaped how I think about complex systems, risk, and decision making, and continues to inform my approach to building technology driven solutions. My academic and leadership experience includes serving as an Associate Editor at Advances in Radiation Oncology and as President of the University of Minnesota Medical School Alumni Board, with a long standing focus on mentorship and professional development.Outside of work, I live with my family in the Midwest, where we raise rescue horses and enjoy rural life. I spend my free time gravel biking, traveling, and building tools at the intersection of healthcare, finance, and technology. I am always open to connecting with people working in public markets, fintech, digital assets, healthcare, or innovation.
