About Mananjay Pandey
Over the past three years, I have worked extensively as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. My experience includes end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences.In ITSM, I have developed and configured key functionalities such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Fulfillment. My work also includes Agile-based project delivery, documentation, and end-user training.
