Lead and created a multi-functional team to review, analyze, and recommend parts additions/removals to a Spares Support List. Presented recommendations at Engineering Council Review and Configuration Control Boards. Developed the add/removal process to include reviews by Provisioning, DMSMS, Reliability, Program Management, and Cyber Security teams. Re-designed aircraft panel and panel maintenance procedure that would reduce mean time to repair, mean time between failure, and increase end-user ease of use. Presented design to engineering leadership and program management. Directed, oversaw, and reviewed work activities performed by temporary employees. This included training, task delegation, and collaboration efforts with other teams to successfully parse a database of engineering drawings for specific parts and airplane configuration data. Provided engineering reach back support for field services representatives to help troubleshoot issues with mission computing hardware on the flightline. Contributed to hardware build-up of laboratory mission systems and developed drawings for configuration control of lab systems.
