At Dillon, I work on a variety of projects that relate to my subject matter specialties. I work on waste management and composting projects as well as waste characterization studies and research related to food waste minimization. My research into food waste in supply chains can be interpreted through the lens of circular economy and I have used this understanding to inform current and potential project work. I also provide direction on agriculture-related projects.
