I am dedicated to coordinating and collaborating with various government and private industry stakeholders to enhance the precision and efficiency of healthcare data integration and exchange. Served as Sr. Technical Leader for the Division of Systems Implementation Staff (SIS), I provided authoritative technical leadership in the budgeting, design, implementation, and management of cloud, on-prem, and hybrid architecture supporting Quality Payment Program (QPP) with more than 100K visitors on the portal. I ensured that 20+ QPP applications were in compliance with CMS standards and practices. Provided oversight, monitoring, and alerting of each application\'s cloud infrastructure to detect and eliminate waste saving millions of dollars. I independently managed the entire cloud and tool infrastructure for the QPP program.
