WORK HISTORY
Senior Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager (Martech) @Mogo
Vancouver, BC, CA
I’ve always believed the best marketing systems are the ones customers barely notice. When the infrastructure is designed well, the experience simply feels helpful, timely, and natural. At Mogo, my role is to design and operate that infrastructure.I lead the architecture behind our lifecycle systems, web ecosystem, and broader martech stack, connecting behavioral data, messaging infrastructure, and product surfaces into a single operational engine. On the lifecycle side, I design behavioral triggers, entry logic, and multi-channel orchestration in Braze that guide customers from first touch through activation, engagement, and long-term retention. The focus is always on meeting users at the right moment with the right level of friction. On the web side, I own our Webflow ecosystem across multiple brand properties, building conversion systems that turn lifecycle-driven traffic into confident decisions through clarity, trust signals, and frictionless UX rather than aggressive sales tactics.I also work closely with Product, Data, CX, and Compliance to maintain the operational foundations that make these systems reliable at scale. That includes analytics infrastructure, governance around the martech stack, and AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual QA while keeping data integrity and regulatory requirements intact. What I enjoy most about this work is systems thinking. When the right foundations are in place, marketing stops behaving like a collection of campaigns and starts operating as a coordinated growth engine that improves over time.

ABOUT MIGUEL N. MONZONES
I build and scale the systems that let marketing teams operate with speed, confidence, and consistency. My work sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, web, and data, where thoughtful architecture turns customer signals into meaningful, automated journeys.Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with SaaS, fintech, and DTC companies to rebuild and evolve their marketing infrastructure. I don’t focus on campaigns in isolation. I focus on the friction underneath them. Broken handoffs, noisy data, brittle workflows. My job is to diagnose those issues and design systems that make good marketing repeatable across teams.Lately, a big part of my work has been applying AI in practical, operational ways. Not as a replacement for strategy or creativity, but as a way to scale judgment. From smarter segmentation to automated QA and enrichment, I use AI to reduce manual work and help teams focus on what actually matters.I care about building things that last. Clear strategy, strong governance, and collaborative execution. If you’re building a team that values systems thinking and long-term impact over quick wins, I’m always open to a conversation.
