The role of Peer Advisor for the International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) allows me the opportunity to work with C-Suite executives who are in transition and assist them as they pursue the next chapters of their professional lives. I look to partner with my clients in a thought-provoking way as they consider their options. I especially love helping leaders who are at a career inflection point. My approach is to work with clients to inspire and constructively challenge them to reach for that ideal next role or opportunity set. My clients are primarily based in the Mid-Atlantic/New England metropolitan areas although I also have had virtual clients in Asia, Europe, Latin America and other parts of the U.S. I have supported clients from across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, technology, financial services, and legal, and all are able to draw upon a broad base of support from within the ICEO program.
