WORK HISTORY
Head of Computational Omics Srf @Centre For Human Genetics
Oxford, GB
Appointed to run the Computational Genomics SRF in its first year of operation. My time is now split between the numerous and varied administrative duties this new post entails, working out strategies to extend the group\'s reach beyond the Centre for Human Genetics, and serving some of the research group who have entrusted us with their training (e.g. Bioinformatics on HPC and Cut & Run) and data analysis needs (e.g. WES/WGS, Bulk RNA sequencing). Our most cutting-edge collaboration includes working with 10X Xenium Spatial transcriptomics data.Doctoral advisor to Amjad Ali.
