What really sets me apart as a leader was when I had been an engineering founder of a startup company, it forced me to become multirole which gave me unique experiences and perspectives about how each discipline adds to the overall value of a product. I have used that knowledge, learned from others and experimented to build high performing product teams by knowing how to align, collaborate and balance with your product and design partners throughout the entire lifecycle from discovery, execution and monitoring success post launch. It\'s important that our team is data driven by collecting as much information as you can about what users are doing in your products before and after launching new features. From my extensive wide experience in engineering I grow, delegate and encourage my team to innovate since that leads them to have the biggest impact while enjoying their work everyday.

1. Senior Software Engineering Manager

   The Walt Disney Company

   Jun 2023 — Present

   Leading the Partner Experience Engineering team for our streaming B2B integration journey platform. We now support partners get certified to run Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ and is nearly even with direct acquisition for total subscribers on our streaming platforms- Primary influencer after years of conversations to prioritize our largest application conversion to replace legacy 3rd party systems in our stack. Led team to launch in-house documentation replacing Confluence, Service Desk and onboarding/AuthN/AuthZ replacing ADFS/ServiceNow- leading session analytics to be adopted within the Commerce, Growth and Identity organization which is internal and consumer facing products- led the vision for our team and stakeholders to become more data driven by leading the initiative to ETL into a Snowflake data warehouse and have analytics in Looker. Built our first dashboards and onboarded stakeholders.
