With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed a strong expertise in compliance, operations, portfolio management, and vendor management. I hold the Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) designation, as well as several other certifications related to consumer protection, credit reporting, and debt collection laws and regulations.As an executive leader in Operations, I have overeen the strategy, design, and implementation of portfolio analysis, litigation, outsourcing, and SaaS integration processes. I have also managed compliance, training, contract negotiations, human resources, dialer operations, vendor sourcing and vetting, data analysis, employee management and investor presentations.
