   Own outbound strategy and performance for a Heavy Bulky fulfillment center, leading end-to-end flow from pick through dock to final mile handoff. • Deliver site-level results across CPT adherence, throughput, cost, and delivery quality, setting direction and holding teams accountable to network standards. • Lead and develop a multi-layered leadership team (OMs, AMs), strengthening bench depth, performance management, and succession pipelines. • Set and execute outbound labor strategy, aligning capacity to demand through forecasting, shift design, and real-time tradeoffs between cost and service. • Partner cross-functionally with Transportation, TOM, Finance, and ACES to remove systemic constraints, improve yard and load planning, and increase network reliability. • Drive structural improvements to outbound flow and dock operations, reducing dwell, unlocking capacity, and improving end-to-end velocity.
