As of 2022, I lead and champion a team of four personnel as Braemac America\'s Quality & Operations Manager. Since 2021, I\'ve earned a dual role offering support additionally as RFMW\'s Quality Manager, leading a team of two.Currently, I am employed within a family of companies known as Exponential Technology Group (XTG) overseeing multiple Quality Management Systems and site locations to adhere to the ISO 9001 and AS9120 standards for Braemac Distribution, Braemac Value-Add Assemblies, as well as RFMW Distribution and RFMW Value-Add Packaging.I am the first of my family to attend and graduate with a higher education from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration double-majoring in Business Management and Operations Management & Supply Chain Management as of Fall 2014. I am extremely grateful to have found a career path that embraces and applies my academic framework.I aspire to continue to expand my horizons in the Quality and Operations fields, in hopes to achieve autonomy, efficiency, sustainability, and most of all - to deliver positive results
