CMI Foods has a diverse portfolio that includes wheat and corn flour mills, pasta, cookies and crackers, dry goods, poultry and pork production, cold meats, prepared foods and restaurants.Achievements:+ Led the comprehensive transformation of CMI\'s strategic sourcing process, completing a Plan to Defend that reorganized key leadership roles. This included repositioning senior leaders, realigning categories by verticals and UEN, and optimizing the strategic supply chain approach for better efficiency across CMI Alimentos.+ Spearheaded digital and analytics transformation efforts across CMI\'s supply chain. This included successfully upgrading POS and Back-of-House systems, enabling real-time inventory management and data-driven decision-making.+ Closed key operational and logistical gaps, including improvements in governance, quality control, and safety measures. This included enhancing business continuity measures and ensuring the corporation adhered to top-tier safety and quality standards.+ Led the post-acquisition integration efforts and built M&A readiness capabilities for CMI, ensuring smooth transitions in the wake of strategic acquisitions.
