Contribute to planning and implementing Neiman Marcus Group SharePoint and overall collaboration strategy. Responsible for working with internal business partners and various IT teams to analyze business requirements, design and develop technology solutions leveraging SharePoint Online to improve business process efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Develop business solutions for SharePoint collaboration sites and Employee Portals leveraging client scripting using SharePoint Framework (SPF(x)), CSS/CSS 3.0, HTML 5 as well as web-based skills and out-of-the-box SharePoint Online capabilities, such as Lists, Libraries, Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps. • Estimate effort and time required to complete various coding activities and manage to the resulting schedule. • Participate in code reviews and maintain Git repositories for all the SharePoint related projects. • Provide SharePoint end-user support (i.e. respond to user questions & issues). • Provide leadership and guidance on planning, architecting and implementing SharePoint Online portals. • Create and evolve best practices, standards and guidelines for the architecting, management, and utilization of SharePoint solutions. • Design, implement, and support SharePoint solutions that meet Neiman Marcus Group’s functional, capacity, and security requirements. • Assist in evaluation of SharePoint-related solutions, including custom and 3rd party applications. • Perform feasibility analysis and estimations for SharePoint-related initiatives. • Lead the migration and development of the Employee Portal using SharePoint platform. • Build and maintain technical documentation
