   In my current role at MongoDB, I lead a small team of Strategic Developer Advocates focused on developer relations and technical enablement for medium- to large-scale enterprise accounts. Alongside hands-on individual contribution, I help set technical direction, shape enablement strategy, and ensure our work drives real developer adoption and customer impact.I remain deeply involved in empowering developers and internal technical teams through practical, hands-on enablement centered on AI, MongoDB Atlas, and MongoDB Vector Search. I design and deliver labs, interactive workshops, and training programs that make advanced technologies approachable and immediately usable in real-world systems.My recent work includes building end-to-end AI demonstrations and sample applications that showcase how to implement intelligent, production-ready solutions using MongoDB Atlas, Vector Search, and modern LLM workflows. I’ve created comprehensive learning resources around semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), with a strong emphasis on architectural tradeoffs and practical application.I regularly support enterprise customers through targeted workshops, design reviews, and technical advisory sessions, helping teams move from experimentation to production. I also produce technical screencasts, articles, podcasts, and live sessions focused on AI, data modeling, and MongoDB’s application data platform, while actively engaging with developer communities.As a leader, I mentor and coach Strategic Developer Advocates, providing technical guidance, feedback, and career support while aligning team efforts with broader Developer Relations and business goals.
