   Lead design, construction, and operational readiness for a portfolio of airport facilities across a 7 multi-state and 42 airport regional portfolio. Serves as the primary interface between Delta leadership, airport authorities, and external partners to plan and execute capital projects in highly regulated environments. Managed projects between $20M -$1.1B and delivered all projects on time and within budget- Lead design and construction of major capital projects including Delta Sky Clubs, airport concourses and terminal development and employee breakrooms and lounges at airports throughout the country.(LAX, MSP, CLT, RDU, GSO, AVL, LFT)- Management of facilities projects including site selection, schematic design, space planning, construction management, relocation logistics, and contract execution for a region of assigned airports- Works with airport station and regional leadership to develop yearly capital planning- Coordination of project activities with airports for all necessary approvals and construction coordination- Governs all competitive bidding, contract negotiation, pre-construction & design - Prepares all budgets, defines scope of work by issuing RFPs, sourcing and selecting most qualified architects, engineers, and contractors to execute the projects and prepares project schedules, reports, timelines, briefings, business cases, and funding requests- Collaboratively plans and influences airport master planning activities by defining Delta facility requirements and offering technical solutions and guidance to airports
