I was four years old when I fell in love with the kitchen, eyes twinkling. With the buzz of Sunday dinners around my parents\' kitchen table. With conversation, good food, and most importantly, people.Flash forward and I’ve turned that twinkle in my eye into a full career across CPG, hospitality, wine & spirits, and tourism, all built upon steps like graduating second in my class at Le Cordon Bleu London, working for a James-Beard nominated fine-dining restaurant, and hands-on experience at a coffee roaster and cafe. Turns out that paying attention to how quickly you dim the lights at a restaurant is a lesson in human behavior.My diverse background spans alcohol imports and distribution - yes, the PLCB is hellacious - restaurant launches, brand development, tail-end go-to-market strategy, PR, consumer engagement, and more, giving me a 360-degree perspective and the operational know-how to offer strategic insights to clients and teams alike. You can count on my experience and passion because chances are I’ve been on the other side of the table at one point or another – maybe even at my parents’ Sunday dinner.Outside of work, you\'re likely to find me traveling (I\'m a Francophile at heart), practicing pilates or yoga, or going camping, running, or paddleboarding.
