I am a Transportation Engineer and Road Safety Professional Level 2 (RSP2I) with diverse design and study experience. My work history has spanned nearly all stages of the project life cycle, from feasibility through final design. This has included traffic signal, roadway and drainage design; traffic analysis; highway safety analysis and studies; cost estimating; planning studies; and project management. As a RSP2I, I routinely serve in highway safety subject matter expert roles including crash data trends analysis to help identify practical projects, predicted/expected crash frequency calculations, CMF justification and benefit-cost analyses.
