For over four years, I have been the founder of Kindness Rocks and the City, a social initiative that aims to spread kindness in the heart of the city. With a degree in Health Concepts in Chinese Medicine from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, I combine my passion for wellness and social good with my skills in social networking, marketing communications, and social media marketing.I am also the founder of 303 Face | Body, a nature-based skincare company that offers spa quality, organic products that can be enjoyed at home or on the go. Since 2010, I have been featured in prestigious publications such as Vanity Fair, Organic Spa Magazine, Condé Nast Traveler, and more. Additionally, I host the Kult of Kindness Podcast, where I share stories and insights on how to pay it forward, in love. My mission is to inspire and empower people to live healthy, happy, and kind lives.
