   In my current role as Regional Clinical Recruiter: Achieving clinical and non-clinical staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates; advising hiring supervisors; managing the candidate experience. I manage the applicants lifecycle from the sourcing of candidates, screening, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates to developing offer letters and contracts. Partnering with universities and educational institutions to recruit, retain and grow talent. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand business needs and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing pipeline of candidates. Generates leads via web, research lists, referrals, vendor fairs, conventions, and databases. Utilizes metrics analysis to show turnover and retention. Maintains the content of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS and Candidate Management System (CRM) for assigned regions, including applicant flow, EEO, date, etc.Below are some of my Key Achievements in this role: Hired 133 team members in my first year of employment which averages 2.5 hires per week. Hired more Hygienist and Specialist in my first year of employment than any other recruiter in the company. Partnered with 14 schools and established relationships with 5 schools we did not have a presence in. Obtained a certificate from AIRS for completion of Professional Recruiter Certification.
