After 25 years working with law firms, start-up companies, investment banks, Fortune 40 corporations, and family-owned businesses, I launched MLR Consulting, LLC in 2020. As a former C-Suite executive and someone who built and managed compliance and legal organizations, I wanted to bring my experiences to clients needing the expertise of a proven strategist. MLR Consulting serves organizations looking for an advisor and independent review source to help them develop solutions that are integrated with business goals and objectives; evaluate corporate governance practices to ensure they are providing appropriate levels of oversight; improve and scale risk and compliance programs to provide effective guardrails; create efficiencies in budgeting and resource procurement to minimize corporate waste; and ensure readiness for strategic transactions by conducting organizational due diligence. A typical client is one that needs the experience we bring, but either isn\'t ready to invest in the cost of internal, or full-time, counsel, or who find themselves facing new and unique circumstances that require a level of expertise that does not exist within the current team.
